There are absolutely no refunds. We offer EXCHANGES ONLY for items that are not damaged or worn ONLY if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock we will not be able to process your exchange under any circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Any item(s) that is returned back to the pickup location without speaking to us first will be automatically refused. Please contact us by phone or email to set up a time and day for pickup and/or exchanges.
Standard shipping: 3-5 business days $6.99
Heavy Goods: 5-7 business days $11.00
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been processed you will receive confirmation and information on tracking. Orders usually ship between 3-5 business days after purchase.
Before submitting an order please make sure you have the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages being delivered to the wrong address. Once your package is delivered we are no longer responsible for your package.
